Machine Configuration

The machine is composed of 3 main parts, with proper connections between them:

Part 1 – Packing

• Flour packed into 1 kg packs
• Packs are glue closed

Part 2 – Control

• Weight control
• Metal detector

Part 3 – Final Wrapping

• Forms the final set of 1 kg packs
• Wrapping machine with heating
• Capacity for up to 12 × 1 kg packs

Feeding System

• Flour feeding system
• Safety sieve at product entry
• Metal detector
• Feeding vessel
• Approximately 1.5 m clearance required above the line
• Feeding vessel is currently positioned horizontally on top of the line

History & Storage

• Machine was working until approximately 3 years ago.
• It has since been kept protected in a warehouse under good conditions.
