LINE CONFIGURATION

The line in question consists of the following components:

• Semolina loading hopper with vibrator and feed screw

• Semolina pre-mixing system

• P300 press

• Vibrating conveyor at press outlet for loading the shaker

• Shaker unit with semolina recovery system

CONTINUOUS DRYER EC300 – Pauletto S.n.c.

Production: 300 kg/h

Power supply: 400 V, 50 Hz

The dryer consists of a pneumatic conveying system from the shaker outlet and No. 05 belts with speed control via inverter.

Each belt is equipped with:

• Air recirculation fans

• Electric heating elements

• Sensors for air temperature and relative humidity control

• Fan for pneumatic product conveying
