2000 Simionato MH7 B12 packaging machine

This Simionato packaging line combines a Simionato MH7 B12 vertical form‑fill‑seal machine with a Simionato Bas weighing system and feeding elevator, offering a reliable solution for snacks, nuts, baked goods and similar products.

Built in 2000, the line includes:

• Simionato MH7 B12 packaging machine
• Simionato Bas weighing system with 2 buckets
• Format 1 with 150mm diameter tube and large funnel
• Format 2 with 90mm diameter tube and small funnel
• Simionato feeding elevator
• Iron platform 1600×1200mm
• Mechanical thermal printer with ink ribbon & metal digits
• With photocell for pillow bags with eye mark as well as transparent bags

With an output of around 15–20 pillow bags/min (approx. 500 kg/h for 500 g bags), it is suitable for medium‑capacity production. The unit is operational.
